Still here, still planning

I have been really busy lately. Sorry for the lack of posts. I went to a baseball game a couple months ago with the family and snapped these pics of one of the pitchers warming up. (Portland SeaDogs, a Red Sox minor league team) I have a crappy camera at present so excuse the lack of quality.

He has the word FORGIVEN on his forearm.

Being a Christian myself I did really enjoy spotting this one.

I am still planning my Joan of Arc tat. Just a lack of funds and time has made actual aquisition difficult. I also need to decide where on my body I want it to go. The husband and I are currently in negotiations about that. VBG

I'm still looking.

Still Looking

I'm still on the search for some good Joan of Arc art to become my next tat. I know my tattoo guy is itching to do it, I'm just really careful about what I am going to put permanently on my body. I learned my lesson with the wings after all. I found this interesting related post (and blog) while surfing this morning.

PS: After I posted I remembered a piece I have in my bedroom that I might consider using to represent her. I really love it. I have seen other copies of this in the past and think it might have a name. If anyone is familar please drop me a line in the comment section about it.

Can you guess WHY they had lines tattoo'd on their toes? (answer below)

Because they are knitters. This is the line where they need to start decreasing for the toe of their socks. Love it!!!
